Immersive Technology & Systems Integration

InspireVR is a camera-agnostic systems integrator and reseller specializing in professional-grade immersive technology for enterprise. From custom 360 VR camera builds to full live broadcast pipelines and Industry 4.0 robotics integration, we architect complete end-to-end solutions.

Our Technology Evolution

2016–2017: Custom Pro-Level 360 VR Camera Systems

InspireVR began by designing and building custom professional broadcast-grade 360 VR cameras — well ahead of the consumer VR market. These proprietary rigs were engineered for enterprise use cases where off-the-shelf solutions did not exist, establishing InspireVR as a serious player in the immersive production space before major manufacturers entered the market.

2018: Samsung 360 Round 8K — Enterprise Partnership

Our early custom camera work attracted the attention of Samsung’s Emerging Products Division, leading to a formal partnership for the Samsung 360 Round — an 8K professional 360 VR camera system. InspireVR led enterprise use case development and Go-To-Market strategy, delivering 4K-per-eye live VR stereoscopic streaming for enterprise customers. This partnership validated InspireVR’s approach to professional-grade immersive production at a time when the enterprise VR market was still nascent.

2019: Full Live VR Broadcast Stack

Building on the Samsung 360 Round deployment, InspireVR developed a complete live VR broadcast pipeline:

  • Live Stitching Server — Processing 8 Left-eye/Right-eye camera signals (x4 pairs) in real-time
  • Live Production Server — Handling 4 stereoscopic streams simultaneously for live switching and production
  • Mystika RT Color Correction — Real-time post-production color grading using SGO’s Mystika system at broadcast standards
  • Live Streaming Servers — Broadcast-standard delivery to web platforms, maintaining stereoscopic quality for VR headset consumption

This stack represented one of the most complete live VR broadcast pipelines in the industry, enabling broadcast-quality stereoscopic VR content to be produced, color-corrected, and delivered live — a capability that remains rare even today.

2020: Camera-Agnostic Model & Insta360 Partnership

By 2020, InspireVR transitioned to a camera-agnostic systems integration model, becoming an official Insta360 systems integrator and reseller. This evolution allowed us to recommend and deploy the optimal camera platform for each client’s specific use case — from Insta360 Pro 2 and Titan for 8K+ 360 capture, to specialized configurations for live events, virtual tours, and industrial inspection.

Simultaneously, InspireVR launched XR Lab at CRIB (Center for Research and Innovation in Business) in Alpharetta, GA — a dedicated R&D facility and Industry 4.0 accelerator focused on immersive technologies, collaborative robotics, and machine learning applications.

2020–2021: SAACV-19 — Robotics & Blackmagic Design Integration

Under the XR Lab banner, InspireVR executed SAACV-19 (Scale-up and Automate Against COVID-19) — a groundbreaking project integrating multiple enterprise technology platforms:

  • KUKA LBR Med Cobot — A collaborative medical-grade robotic arm deployed for automated sample handling and workflow execution
  • Blackmagic Design ATEM Constellation 8K — Broadcast-grade live production switching integrated with the robotic workflow for real-time monitoring and documentation
  • Machine Learning Pipeline — Computer vision and ML models for automated quality control and process optimization

This project demonstrated InspireVR’s capability to operate at the intersection of robotics, broadcast production, and AI — a systems integration competency that extends well beyond traditional VR production.
